Sometimes life can feel difficult to navigate alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what you're going through, at your own pace.
In-Person & Online | Short-Term & Longer-Term Counselling.
As a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Registered Counsellor and an Accredited Member with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I adhere to high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I offer both short-term support and longer, open-ended counselling to suit individual needs.
